This is by far the most professional courteous and caring medical facility I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. I had cataract surgery that was performed well organized and was no problems at all I felt very comfortable and am appreciative of everyone there.

I admitted I gave bad review once to Linda Vision for the long waiting time. But things has greatly improved since then. I noticed Dr. Vu has hired more people to help. Dr. Nugent is now my doctor. At the last visit, I told the receptionist I had another appoinment for the physical therapy on my knee 1 hour later. After 10 minutes wait (I was there 10 minutes early), I was called and let in to see Dr. Nugent. The eyes exam was completed in less than 1/2 hour. Dr . Nugent is a friendly doctor and I am very happy with her service.

As of this review, I have seen Dr. Nuyen here twice, a month apart. Both times, I was in and out in less than an hour. I am, unfortunately, skittish with tonometers (a device that measures pressure inside the eyes - they use a handheld version) and eye drops - it is a reflex difficult to control. Fortunately, the technicians and Dr. Nuyen were very patient and understanding, and that greatly enhanced my experience!

The staff at Linda Vu Vision were very friendly and the doctors were very courteous and professional.

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Vu for over 7 years. She is not only a great Doctor, but also really caring. Iv'e recommended her to frinds and family and they are equally pleased. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

The doctors are good, but the parking space needs to be improved.

Service are great except for the prescription glasses prices won't match with market price. Everything else is good.
